At Mr. Mystic Seeds, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we have implemented the following policy:

No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges
- All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Undeliverable Orders
- If an order is deemed undeliverable due to an error on our part or our delivery partner's part, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.
- Undeliverable situations include but are not limited to incorrect shipping addresses, lost packages, or significant delays.

Reporting Undeliverable Orders
- Customers must report any undeliverable orders within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

Resolution for Undeliverable Orders
- If an order is confirmed undeliverable, we will either resend the order at no additional cost or provide a full refund, based on customer preference and product availability.

- This policy does not cover issues arising from customer errors such as incorrect address entry, unclaimed packages, or refusal to accept delivery.
