Shipping Policy

At Mr. Mystic Seeds, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately, in good condition, and on time. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

  1. Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
    • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 15 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8 business days.
    • Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.
  3. Shipping Locations

    • We currently ship to addresses within United States of America
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through USPS’s website.
  5. Shipping Carrier

    • We use USPS for all deliveries. Depending on your location, other carriers may also be used to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Shipping Restrictions

    • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If any restrictions apply to your order, you will be notified during the checkout process.
  7. Damages and Lost Packages

    • Mr. Mystic Seeds is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
    • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  8. Undeliverable Packages

    • If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us, we will notify you and arrange for reshipment or a refund.
  9. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • Mr. Mystic Seeds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  10. International Shipping

    • International shipping is not offered at this time.
